What we do

Every client comes to us with their own goals and aspirations, and we are committed to supporting them at every step. Together, we develop a personalised and structured care plan that clearly identifies the areas where support is needed and outlines the outcomes they want to achieve. We also ensure clients are financially included by helping them access the benefits and resources available to them.
To promote overall well-being, we assist clients in connecting with the services they need, including GPs, dentists, and drug and alcohol support services. When necessary, our support staff can attend appointments alongside clients to help them get the most from the services they use.

Many of the individuals we work with have complex needs or are experiencing crisis when they arrive. Our team works to reduce risk, provide stability, and signpost clients to specialist services where required. Everything we do is rooted in a multi-agency approach, ensuring every aspect of our clients’ needs is addressed.

Help & Support

As part of our project, we also focus on developing essential life skills such as budgeting, cooking affordably, and maintaining personal hygiene. Our experienced support workers work closely with clients each day to help them build these fundamental skills, ensuring they feel confident and prepared to manage daily life independently.

Our goal is to support clients in successfully reintegrating into the community without facing social exclusion. To encourage growth and positive engagement, we offer a range of activities including gardening, cooking sessions, and arts and crafts. These activities not only help clients develop practical skills but also provide meaningful ways to stay occupied, reduce the risk of offending behaviour, discourage substance misuse, and improve overall mental well-being.able to reintegrate back into society successfully without being excluded. Within our project we run activities such as gardening; cooking and arts and crafts, not only does this build skills for clients, it also allows them to occupy their mind to prevent them from offending behaviour; drugs and an improvement of mental health.

Developing Skills

The skills clients develop while working with us can also support them in moving into employment, education, or training. We actively assist clients who wish to seek work, apply for college courses, build their CV, or explore vocational opportunities that align with their interests and strengths.

When clients are ready to take their next steps, we work with them to create a personalised Progression Plan that outlines their future goals and the pathway to achieving them.

At the heart of our approach is a commitment to providing every individual with the support, encouragement, and practical tools they need to reach their goals and rebuild their lives with confidence.
