My background is in the Royal Navy where I spent 5 years, and most
recently as a Tenancy Support Worker. I’m passionate about helping
people who need it the most and trying to change their lives for the
better. I’m trained in Fire Safety, Safeguarding and Naloxone training.
I also have first hand experience using Naloxone on a user.

I served for eight years in the British Army with The Rifles, where I developed strong discipline, resilience, and a commitment to supporting others. After leaving the military, I felt a clear drive to give back to my community and help those facing difficult circumstances.
I joined Fresh Start with the aim of making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Since then, I have completed training in mental health, fire safety, and a range of other areas to strengthen my ability to support clients effectively. I am dedicated to providing a high standard of care and support, with a focus on helping men rebuild their confidence, stability, and independence.
