Accommodation

We are located in the Stockton-on-Tees area and we have 15 places available over three sites. Our buildings are HMO and we are accredited landlord within the Stockton-on-Tees area.

Portrack Lane site has:
• 9 spaces with shared kitchens and bathrooms all recently renovated and fully furnished
• Communal TV room and a dining room

Westbourne site is a 3 story property with:
• 6 spaces with shared kitchens and bathrooms on each floor, all recently renovated in 2020.
• Dining room and a communal TV room

On entrance we provide an emergency food parcel; towel and toiletries pack. All rooms are equipped with all bedding and essentials. We ensure a high level of cleanliness throughout all buildings.

This includes but is not limited too doctors; dentists and drug and alcohol services. If needed, our support staff will also attend appointments with clients to ensure they are getting the most from the service they access. Many of our clients come to us with varied complex needs or “in crisis”, we will aim to reduce the risk and We signpost our clients to any specialist services they may require. In everything we do, we have a multi-agency approach, to ensure all of our clients needs are met.

We take residents safety seriously and buildings are covered by CCTV which are monitored regularly and that there is a door buzzer entry system.
